Now, today’s daily motivation is “It’s Okay to Say No!” We all live very busy lives and often it is hard to say no to others. We want to help everyone out with their projects or with whatever, but we often forget to take care of ourselves in the process. Remember, it’s always okay to say no and take some time to reconnect/focus on your own mental health. And remember to also accept if someone says no. Yes, it may feel bad to be rejected, but their dismissal is valid and you may not know what they are going through. So, remember always to respect each other and focus on taking care of yourself!!
