What does it mean by “fishy characters?”

Have my costume ready! Obvious Hint:

I have something to go to from 12-8 so I won’t be home. Have fun though

I won't be able to go as I will be on vacation, but have fun for everyone going!

Seems as though less people will be going as the dance party earlier this month 

Sigh, Why does it have to start at 12:00PM? Palace always has events at that time, but it is when i EAT. so i probs won't be able to make the first half-hour of the party... D:

No. Fun in the Sun is on the 30th. This is on the 31st. 12:00PM EST - 2:00PM EST.

It's not required but I think if you google like 80's Minecraft skin suit or something it will show.
