Good Morning Palace Peeps! This is your Palace Daily News. I’m your host, sofieremix. In some park news, a list of rides and attractions that would still come to completion despite the pandemic was released. While Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railroad opened just in time, the park suffered the loss of their big Summer 2020 attraction, “Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure”. However, there is hope for this ride to be opened in the near future, as the project was a mere few weeks from completion when the parks shut down. Additionally, the Mary Poppins attraction in Epcot and Spaceship Earth have been put on hold for the time being. In regards to Mary Poppins, many would not be surprised if this project was cancelled as construction had not begun for the ride and there are already many other attractions being developed. While Galaxy’s Edge also opened in time, construction on the new Star Wars themed hotel has been halted, as reservations initially where being accepted for 2020 and now have been moved to 2021. It is sad to see so many rides not be completed, but Disney is still moving forward with the completion of their Tron and Guardians of the Galaxy attractions. In cartoon news, the beloved cartoon “Ren and Stimpy” is getting a complete reboot by Comedy Central. The network announced yesterday that they will be doing a reveal series of the cartoon featuring your favorite characters in brand new episodes. For all you Rea and Stimpy fans, I hope you are excited to see your friends return to the screen! In some Dole Whip news, Disney recently launched a new addition to their fan favorite treat. There is now a Peter Pan Inspired Dole Whip available in the parks. The green colored dole whip is even topped with a red, chocolate feather to match Pan’s signature hat. Lucky for me, I can try to recreate this at home, since Disney released their recipe a few months back. In some Palace News, guests were overjoyed to be greeted by the one and only Optimus Prime. Optimus led the players through many group rides throughout the USO server, singing autographs and slaying aliens on MIB. All of us here at the Palace Daily News love seeing the increased enthusiasm and love shown towards USO and we hope to see more of you going to check it out!! And now, let’s get into today’s motivation. Today’s theme is “Love”. And today’s message is actually going to be a bit different. In a few minutes, I am going to post the full motivational story on my forums page, so I urge you to go there and read the full thing (STAN THE FORUMS). But, for those of you who won’t go see it, I’ll leave you with the ending message. Everyone on here is entitled to respect and confidence - by others and from within themselves. You all are beautiful souls no matter who you are. I look online everyday and am proud to be a part of this wonderful community. My friends on here are some of the most amazing people and I am honored to have met you all. Remember, behind funky skins and funny pfps, we are all human. We all have feelings and senses. We rise with the sunlight and some of us fall asleep when we see it. We reach out to lift up those who have fallen and keep our hands stretched out when we are knocked down. We all have one heart, one mind, and one body. While we all have differences that separate us, we are all one family inside this server. So, remember always, you are loved and you have a right to feel loved. Myself and so many others are here to support you in any way and to help fix the wrongs that bring you down.
