The grand opening of our New Magic Kingdom park is fast approaching! We can't wait to show you what our amazing team has created. From the new incredibly detailed builds, all of the fantastic 3D models, the amazing shows (especially Happily Ever After!!), I have trouble picking my favorite part! As you may know, the opening will take place on October 1st. However, we haven't detailed the exact timing of how things will play out that day. That's what this post is for! Before the park opens to everyone, we will hold a dedication ceremony. This is such a huge project and so many people have helped contribute to it, and we want to thank all of them for their help. On October 1st at 6:00pm (all times Eastern Standard Time) we will hold the ceremony at the new Magic Kingdom castle. We're anticipating a lot of people will want to attend this ceremony. Unfortunately, in order to ensure it goes smoothly, we will be limiting the number of people able to watch on the server. Please read on for more information about our seating raffle. If you aren't selected as a raffle winner, you'll still be able to watch the dedication on our Twitch channel! To make this as fair as possible, we will raffle off 100 tickets to the dedication ceremony. 20 tickets will go to each player rank, so... 20 Settler 20 Dweller 20 Noble 20 Majestic 20 Honorable Raffle winners will be able to join the new Magic Kingdom server at 5:00pm, one hour before the ceremony starts. If you win, you must be connected and present at /warp ceremony by 5:30pm, 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. Any raffle winners that don't show up by then will forfeit their ticket. There will be a standby queue on the server for anyone who wasn't selected from the raffle. We will fill any open spots starting at 5:30pm. Once the ceremony finishes, everyone will be able to visit the new Magic Kingdom! We may let players into the park in small groups instead of all at once to ensure our servers stay online and available with as few hiccups as possible . You might still be wondering how to enter this raffle. Fear not, I shall explain! If you connect to our TTC server and go to /warp raffle, you'll find the Raffle Booth. Click the [Raffle] sign, and you're entered! You only need to click once - clicking multiple times doesn't get you multiple entries. The ticket raffle will be open starting today at noon and will close a week from today on Sunday, September 29th at noon. We will announce the winners of the raffle a few hours after the raffle closes in a forum post here as well as on all of our social media channels. If you are chosen but aren't able to attend, don't worry! We will fill your spot from the standby queue. Wow, that was a lot of information. Let's summarize it here: You don't need a raffle ticket to visit the new park after it opens; only to attend the dedication ceremony! Enter the raffle at /warp raffle from 9/22 @ 12pm (EST) to 9/29 @ 12pm (EST). 100 players will be chosen, 20 from each guest rank. Raffle winners will be announced after the raffle closes on 9/29. If you aren't chosen, you'll still be able to watch the ceremony on our livestream on Twitch. Raffle winners must be connected and present at /warp ceremony from 5:00pm to 5:30pm, or your ticket will be forfeit. All players will be able to visit the new park after the ceremony concludes.
